One of the most important things I’ve learned from first startup - motivation
My first startup EVIAS (education via sports) in 2012 exploded because investor and I shared different expectation and motivation. Investor wanted to see revenue and return immediately, but what we are doing - there’s simply no way to have a clear business model at the time. Business model evolves over time by solving customers problems.
